Charitable Ticket Donation Requests

Donations are considered for non-profits' fundraising programs and organizations' charitable initiatives. As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, Nashville Zoo is unable to provide financial sponsorships or program advertising in support of fundraising events.

  • Beginning August 10, 2012, Nashville Zoo requires someone must pick up the ticket donation at the Zoo [once alerted that they are ready]. Due to the high volume of inquiries, we are no longer able to mail donations.
  • Requests are fulfilled on the 10th of every month and must be made at least FOUR WEEKS prior to the event.
  • Approved requests will receive four admission passes to the Zoo, valid for normal operating hours only (not valid for after hours events).
  • Approved organizations are allowed one donation per year. For organizations with multiple locations/branches (such as regional or national organizations) a donation to one location/branch is considered as a donation to the organization as a whole.

Please Note: Due to the tremendous volume of inquiries we receive, we are unable to return telephone calls about requests.

Requests from organizations with a personal connection to a current Nashville Zoo employee or board member will be considered for an upgrade to a Dual Household membership rather than tickets (pending verification with employee/board member). If applicable, please indicate below the employee or board member who is "sponsoring" your request.
