Nashville Zoo’s Veterinary Camp is a two-day camp for ages 13 to 16 scheduled during Metro Nashville Public School's Fall Break. Camp will run Thursday, October 10 and Friday, October 11.

Camp Topic: Veterinary Science

If you have an interest in being a Veterinarian this camp is designed for you! Get an inside view on what it takes to be a zoo veterinarian. Participants learn what classes to take in school, how to restrain an animal for procedures, tour the animal clinic, check out the lab and practice blow-darting!

Camp is limited to 12 participants.

Teens ages 13-16.
Participant must be of age on the first day of camp.

Zoo Registration Process
Payment is required at time of registration. Incomplete registrations will not be processed and will not reserve your child’s space in camp.
There are no camp scholarships available at this time.

If you are not a current Zoo member, renewals and new memberships must be submitted prior to registering for summer camp. The simplest way to become a Nashville Zoo member or renew your membership is online.
