New 2012 camp registration policy changes
- Age Groups: A specific age group does not have to be selected at time of registration. Each week campers will be grouped with children of similar age.
- Birth certificates are no longer required for summer camp registrants. However, each child must be between the ages of 5-10 on the first day of their camp week in order to enroll. Nashville Zoo has the right to move or dismiss a camper that is not at the same maturity and social level as their peers.
- Cancellation Policy: All camp cancellations must be submitted using the online Summer Camp Cancellation Form. Cancellation requests submitted at least 3 weeks prior to registered camp week will receive a 75% refund of original amount paid. Refunds will be paid in the form of a check. Cancellation requests received within 3 weeks of registered camp week will not receive a refund.
- Change of Week Policy: A camp Change of Week Request Form must be submitted online to change a camper’s week. All requests cannot be guaranteed and will be dependent on week availability. A $25 change of week fee will be assessed to change camp weeks.
