Patron Party at Gibbon Islands

Experience the exotic homelands of Nashville Zoo’s gibbons and siamangs at the Patron Party. The flavors of southeast Asia, IndoChina and the South Pacific await your arrival for an exclusive food and beverage opportunity and up-close animal encounters found nowhere else at Sunset Safari 2013.

Chef David Miller of A Taste of the Wild Catering brings to Gibbon Islands his innovative style and creative flair through unique and delectable appetizers beyond compare. Classically trained at The Culinary Institute of America and The International School of Confectionery Sugars, Chef David has participated in national and international culinary events. In 2005, he won the Inaugural Inter-Caribbean Culinary Competition, beating the Caribbean’s best. He has also participated in numerous culinary events at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City.

In the spirit of the evening, Nashville's own Royal Laos Dancers will share a special performance of their beautiful legacy traditions of Lao culture and arts.

Before you move on to the main event, be sure to capture a special moment in our Sunset Safari Patron Photo Booth!
