Gift Certificates must be redeemed to activate and are mailed via USPS within two business days of the order, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Have a discount? Code must be entered and Applied in the COUPON CODE on the BILLING PAGE. Codes may be case sensitive or restricted to a specific order type (New or Renew). One discount per order. No refund for discounts submitted after transaction is complete
Following completion you will receive a Receipt for your records and an E-Confirmation (listing the level, names, address for all members) to use for immediate access to the Zoo. The E-confirmation may be printed or displayed digitally. If you fail to receive the E-confirmation within 10 minutes, please contact us at (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) to have it resent.
