Please fill out the form below as completely as possible so that we may provide you with the most accurate information.

Donations are considered for non-profits' fundraising programs and organizations' charitable initiatives. As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, Nashville Zoo is unable to provide financial sponsorships or program advertising in support of fundraising events.

Requests for donations must be made at least FOUR WEEKS prior to the event. Donations will be mailed to organizations only (not to solicitors' homes). Approved organizations are allowed one donation per year. For organizations with multiple locations/branches (such as regional or national organizations) a donation to one location/branch is considered as a donation to the organization as a whole.

Failure to complete the form, including Tax ID Number, will result in your request not being processed.

DO NOT USE APOSTROPHES WHEN ENTERING INFORMATION. This will cause an error.
