The Chef

Chef Donovan Pritchard, originally from Methuen, Massachusetts, has called Middle Tennessee home for the last ten years. Pritchard is a well-rounded and driven chef who has worked his way through the ranks of Nashville’s culinary landmarks, including Radius 10, Margot Café and Fire Fly Grille. He draws on his education in contemporary American and European cuisine, his upbringing near the coast of New England, and his love of southern cooking to create imaginative dishes that are both fundamentally sound and nostalgic. Specializing in locally sourced, sustainable agriculture, Pritchard understands the need for the community to be close to its food source and the people who produce it. No matter the size of the project, Pritchard creates with a passion and dedication that sets him apart from his peers, and he is happy to share that experience with everyone he is fortunate to cook for.
