Each year, Nashville Zoo provides ticket donations in limited quantity to worthy requests from non-profit organizations located in Tennessee. All requests must be submitted through this online form. All approved requests will receive 4 admission tickets to Nashville Zoo.
Donation requests must meet the following guidelines:
- be made a minimum of 30 days prior to the event date
- be an accredited non-profit based in Tennessee
- provide us with your valid federal tax identification number (EIN)
All requests will be considered on an individual basis; however, due to a limited supply, not all requests can be fulfilled. The Zoo's acceptance of a request does not guarantee fulfillment in future years. Once your request has been validated, you will receive an email that can be redeemed at the Zoo's ticket booth.
After you've submitted a request:

- Accepting a request does not guarantee fulfillment the following year.
- Once your request has been validated, your tickets will be mailed to the organization's address that you've provided. Pick-up at the Zoo is not available.
