Today at the Zoo

There is always fun to be had at Nashville Zoo.

Besides roaming our trails, grabbing a bite to eat, embarking on a guided tour, taking a spin on the carousel, feeding the lorikeets, and petting the goats - we have a variety of keeper talks and animal feedings scheduled weekly. 

Here you will find our daily schedule of activities. Scheduled events and activities are subject to change, so please be sure to check the schedules prior to your visit.

Join us on the observation deck of our HCA Healthcare Veterinary Center to learn about veterinary care, our state-of-the-art facility, and the roles of our hospital staff!

Our new Veterinary Center allows guests to see many aspects of our animal care. Viewing windows allow guests to see our treatment and surgery rooms. These rooms feature cameras connected to monitors on the observation deck, providing guests with an even closer view of our top-notch animal care. Additional viewing windows look into the animal nursery rooms where guests can watch feedings and the care of the Zoo's newest additions.
