Know Before You Go
As Middle Tennessee’s #1 family attraction, Nashville Zoo is an exciting place to visit with lots happening every day. Here are the most important things for you to know before your visit!
As directed and mandated by Metro Nashville Public Health Department, all guests age 13+ are required to wear a face mask at all times, except when outside and also maintaining a physical distance of at least 6 feet from others. There are many high-traffic areas in the Zoo and proper social distancing is very difficult to maintain at all times. We ask that you keep your mask on throughout your visit as a courtesy to our guests and staff. Read the full mandate, including exceptions here.
When you make your reservation or purchase a ticket, you will select your arrival time. Each guest in your party (regardless of age) will need a ticket.
How can I redeem discounts?
Anyone with a coupon, good-any-day ticket, prepaid or complimentary ticket, reciprocal membership, or any other discount will need to stop by the ticket building to exchange it for an entry ticket. Our Guest Services team will get you in as quickly as possible.
How do I find my membership number?
If you do not have your membership card, see how to find your membership number here. You may also call our 24-hour help line at 1-866-977-3539 for assistance. If you have lost your membership card or have other questions about your membership, email membership@nashvillezoo.org.
What if I need to change the date/time of my visit?
Call our Help Desk (1-866-977-3539) or email orders@nashvillezoo.org with your Order # and preferred new date & time.
